For Haz-Scanner™ products use the ‘Help’ menu in the software and select email form or save it and email or print it. Note: Before returning equipment to the EDC Service Department, this form must be completely filled out and an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) will be issued. This will aid our certified technicians in diagnosing the equipment problem and allow EDC to offer the fastest service possible in correcting a technical problem.
