To initiate a Return Material Authorization (RMA), please complete the form below with as much detail as possible. Providing accurate product information, serial numbers, and a description of the issue will help our support team evaluate your request and expedite the return process. Once your submission has been reviewed, you will receive instructions for the next steps, including return authorization and shipping information if applicable.

Instructions for return:

After submitting the RMA Request Form an RMA Number will be generated and emailed to the email address provided on the request form within 24 hours. Please include the RMA number with the shipment. Please ship with battery and Calibration Span Reference (part number CS-105) and any additional accessories used during normal operation. When shipping HAZ-SCANNERs make sure the battery is removed and packed separately. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of padding all the way around the device and the battery.

EDC can ship back Haz-Dust Devices within 1-2 weeks after receipt of funds.

* RMA numbers will not be issued for items covered under warranty unless you have first communicated with someone from our Technical Support Staff.
